I specialize in working with couples, young adults, and fellow LGBTQ+ folks navigating anxiety, trauma, and identity exploration. My approach is rooted in helping you realign with your body’s wisdom to support greater authenticity, self-compassion, and self-trust. Building insight into how old wounds, attachment patterns and systemic trauma might inform present dynamics, we will work to create more supportive + embodied ways of being.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a script development executive, supporting writers and artists in shaping their stories. I bring that same passion for narrative into individual and couples counseling, supporting you as you reclaim and re-author your story in ways that cultivate a deeper sense of grounding, alignment and resiliency.
