I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, dating, codependency, grief, cultural identity, and life transitions; and I approach therapy with empathy, humor, and respect for each client’s individual needs. I am EMDR trained and offer this as an alternative/addition to talk therapy. I am also Gottman trained and a Certified Sex Informed Therapist, exploring sexuality and its role in relationships.
