I work with adults carrying complex trauma: C-PTSD, developmental trauma, and attachment wounds built slowly over years through early relationships, emotional neglect, and unsafe environments.
My approach is depth-oriented and psychodynamically informed. We go underneath coping strategies to examine the unconscious patterns and relational dynamics quietly organizing your life. I integrate somatic practices including breathwork and grounding when clinically appropriate, because healing happens when insight and the body finally meet.
I work with most clients at higher frequencies and keep a small, intentional caseload so each person receives my full presence and care. My work is grounded in ongoing training and supervision at the Florida Psychoanalytic Center. If you have spent a long time managing what you carry, there is another way.
