Hello, and thank you for visiting my page! Asking for help isn’t always easy. It takes courage to take the first step in making the changes you want for your journey. My name is Lindsay Del Valle, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I work with a variety of clients, using many different approaches, strategies, and techniques. I want to meet my clients where they are and follow their lead in working on the goals they want to work on. I work with clients of many different ages, races, genders, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religious backgrounds.
I am comfortable treating a variety of different mental health issues and disorders. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions. I use a variety of theoretical approaches in my work, with the client’s needs being my main focus.
