My approach is collaborative and person centered, inspired by evidence based methods from DBT, CBT, and IFS to EMDR and Somatic Psychotherapy. Whether you do EMDR or not, we work with the present to integrate the past in therapy. Self awareness and self regulation tools assist you to better understand your needs; what is good and right, and what is not in alignment for you anymore.
