Our therapists are trained in various modalities, including CBT, DBT, existential theory, narrative therapy, object relations, and REBT, among others. Therapists here have an array of toolsets at their disposal to help to increase their flexibility and positive outcomes with clients.
Change and loss can be difficult and confusing for everyone.
