I received my bachelor’s in psychology from Temple University and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University. I have experience working in residential drug and alcohol treatment, halfway houses, mobile therapy, and outpatient therapy. While I enjoy working with those of all ages, my passion is working with adolescents, and those struggling with a history of anxiety and addiction.

Being a therapist has seemed like a natural progression for me. I have always been able to easily relate to others and meet them where they are. I have taken my own struggles and used them to help make myself stronger and be able to gain insight into how to help others who may be struggling. I think anyone can benefit through the self-exploration that comes with therapy. I find it rewarding to see the progress people are capable of and to help them see the progress themselves. As an LPC I know how helpful supervision can. I also provide individual and group supervision to those working toward licensure.

Hello! I am so happy you are taking this step in your self-care and wellness journey. I have 12 years of social work experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly. In 2014, I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

I am a Licensed Psychotherapist treating diverse problems with a focus on anxiety, depression, relationships, stress and self-esteem. Everyone has life challenges and it is natural to seek help to resolve them. I want my clients to feel accepted, like they are really being heard and that their situations are being taken seriously. Warmth, compassion, trust, and honesty are the cornerstones of my practice. As an actively engaged therapist, I work toward helping clients to gain insight, emotional relief, and better coping skills. I treat adults of all ages and have extensive experience dealing with clients from all backgrounds.

If the voice in your head was a person, would you like them very much? It is my strong belief, and confirmed by research, that many people who struggle with feeling of anxiety and depression also struggle with a negative inner voice that keeps you from reaching your potential.

Michelle Brook is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with 5 years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings with children, young adults, and adults. Her goal is to make each client that walks through the door feel heard, supported, validated, and understood. Michelle specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, and much more. Michelle completed her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at Holy Family University.

Dr. David Harman is a Licensed Psychologist who has extensive experience assisting people to overcome difficulties such as depression, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and trauma. In all cases, Dr. Harman seeks to help individuals to develop a more positive and creative outlook on their life. He has 32 years of experience in the field. He completed his Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Behavioral Sciences at the University of Chicago. Dr. Harman offers counseling and talk therapy services; however, he does not currently offer psychological testing.

Julia Vance is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania who has over 5 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in therapeutic and educational settings. She prides herself on her ability to establish meaningful connections while helping to treat anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, and PTSD. In addition to providing instruction in mindfulness and meditation practices, Julia also enjoys incorporating the interests of her clients, such as art and music, into treatment.

Colton Hagar is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has worked with individuals of all ages in various inpatient, outpatient, community, and school-based programs with an array of presenting issues. Colton's expertise includes anxiety, depression, addictions, relationships, sexuality, identity, personal growth, conflict, grief and loss, and more.
