I also greatly enjoy working with teens and have expertise in a broad range of complex behavioral and adjustment issues, including anxiety, depression, anger, defiance, behavioral concerns, ADHD, autism spectrum, and developmental disorders. I am also passionate about working with parents to help them navigate the milestones and challenges of parenting, providing a safe, supportive space in which parents can learn to navigate the challenges that naturally arise when raising children.

He then worked for a number of companies supporting various Intelligence Agencies. In 2012, he went back to school at the University of Maryland, Baltimore for his Master's in Social Work, graduating in 2014. Randy is a proud father of two sons, a stepdaughter, a daughter-in-law and the grandfather of three young boys. He's married to Karen Hott and lives in Grasonville, Maryland.
