I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief/loss and life transitions. I also have a particular interest in supporting women coping with the challenges associated with postpartum adjustment. My warm and non-judgmental style coupled with techniques taken from Cognitive-Behavioral and Person-centered therapies will help you find healing.
