Though it can seem impossible at times, we are all capable of change with a little help. Therapy provides us with a safe space to vent and heal recent wounds, and encourages personal growth through self awareness and understanding others. I work primarily with adults and teens over 14 years of age who are struggling with issues such as mood disorders, eating disorders, interpersonal relationship struggles, performance anxiety, and adjustment to recent life changes.
Our initial sessions will be spent discussing family, friends, childhood, interests and pertinent history. Once you're comfortable, we can begin work on old wounds that negatively impact your life today or simply talk through last week's stressors and practice coping skills. We'll talk, we might do some creative arts, and sometimes you'll have "homework".
Each person is unique so therapy will be catered to your personality. It's important that you know you're not broken or in need of fixing; we all struggle and I'm simply here to help however I can. Work Hours: Mon/Wed/Thu 3pm-9pm (in person or online) Tue 1pm-7pm (online only) Fri 11am-4pm (online only)
