Through a variety of evidence-based and complementary modalities, HigherMind Integrative Therapy creates an engaging therapeutic experience. We are trauma-informed and certified integrative mental health therapists experienced in areas related to anxiety, depression, loss, adjustment disorders, opioid and substance use. Integrative in our approach, we take into account how the mind and body desire homeostasis and guide you into this calm state of being. We offer CBT, HRV/Biofeedback, EMDR, PSYCH-K, EFT, PVT, Hypnotherapy, Somatic experiencing, and traditional talk therapy. HigherMind offers integrative and nutrition psychoeducation, with on-site and online access to our organic supplement dispensary. Private pay services for psychotropic titration support and coordination with your prescriber is available.

Groups
Reiki I, II, + III Master/Trainer Group Training
Within these group trainings, you will be taught Reiki for personal and/or professional use. Melissa is a Certified Reiki Master and Trainer. Groups will be offered for Reiki Levels I, II, and III (Master/Trainer). You may practice as a Reiki Practitioner at all levels, and at the Master/Trainer, you may train others. Levels I and II are $390 each and Level III Master/Trainer is $450. All trainings are approximately 3-4 hours depending on the number of participants. You will receive a training manual and certificate upon completion of each training. Call Melissa to register.
