Hi, I'm currently accepting new virtual clients! (In-person, coming in April) I am an LICSW in RI and MA who works with individuals to navigate daily life stressors, build confidence and lead healthy and fulfilling lives. I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD and eating disorders. I value a person centered and solution forward approach and believe strongly in my client driving the therapy session. I recognize the unique traits of each client’s experience allowing them to connect to their inner self. My goal is for my clients to feel deeply cared for, so that they are empowered to make the changes they are wanting for themselves.

As a former educator for nearly 18 years, I have a strong understanding of human development and social/emotional well being. My wide skillset as a therapist, helps clients to manage their stress and worry, while developing realistic goals for their therapy sessions. I use a variety of modalities to help clients productively face challenges in their life.
