Higher Love Counseling offers affordable, convenient and easy to schedule therapy for both couples and for individual therapy. I offer counseling with a wide range of treatment options! Depression, anxiety and anger issues are our baggage and keep us moody, triggered, even addictive. Tools are a user-friendly therapy approach that helps couples and individuals change with a real direction and steps to move forward that are more effective than just "talk therapy or advice.

Anxiety and Anger Women's Group
A women's group to grow using TOOLS for anxiety and anger issues. Anxiety can make you live "in your head" and feel wound up inside. Anger causes overreactions, negative thoughts, and builds a wall around you. This can interfere with closeness and love. You don't have to do it all alone! Grow with the support of women who are motivated to change!
