When feelings of anxiety occur regularly and begin to interfere with your job, relationships, or other aspects of your daily life, it's time to meet with a caring health professional. My goal is to help you experience freedom from the debilitating effects of anxiety and improve your quality of life. I will work to help you and your family better understand and manage the anxiety that is affecting your relationships. Together, we will seek to examine the causes of your anxiety, analyze the emotions associated with it, and reveal how you can control the contributors to your anxiety.
As a Pastoral Counselor, I provide a safe space for people to share their emotions and seek out pathways to health. My approach to counseling integrates faith and established psychological theory and techniques. Being a seasoned stepfather, I bring both professional and personal experience to my work with blended families.
