I practice from a trauma-informed care perspective and pursued advanced trainings in TF-CBT, DBT, and am Certified in EMDR Therapy. It has helped me gain a deeper understanding the impact of childhood experiences on one's development and the way one sees the world. These experiences impact how one copes with life, acts in relationships, and sees the world.
I approach my clients as a learner and strive to bring you, the expert, into our work to help you learn to coexist with the stressors in your world. I recognize that not all Therapists and Clients are compatible. I offer free 15 minute consultation phone calls to determine good fit. Thank you!
