About
Come as you are...And let's make space for all pieces and parts of YOU that create your world. During many transitions in life, especially with becoming a parent/caregiver in a variety of ways - together, we can hold space for your struggles and growth, broaden your understanding of the bias we are constantly surrounded by and are dealing with and increase awareness of your own presence within your environment.
My background includes individual and group support for pregnant and postpartum birthing folks with anxiety and mood disorders. I also provide nurturing spaces for young children and their caregiver in strengthening relationships through new coping skills and mindfulness when adverse experiences and trauma disrupt a family's wellbeing.
Let me provide a space of support for yourself, so you can unfurl wellness within and with others in your life. Healing your roots that support branches in your life.
