I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who understands the difficulty in making the decision to start your therapeutic journey. You're doing great by taking your first step and choosing to see a therapist! As a therapist I believe in creating a safe space where my clients feel like they can learn more about themselves and reach their personal goals. It's also okay if you don't know what those goals look like. Vulnerability is a strength and I like to work from a strength-based approach. I have experience working with families, couples, individuals and children. I am passionate about my work and look forward to learning more about you.
I have experience working with families, couples and individuals with age range from pre-teen to middle age. I've got experience working with many different communities and can speak from a culturally sensitive approach.
