I am a first-generation graduate who wants to continue to break the stigmas of Mental Health and addiction. I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of Bridgeport. Master's degree in Social work from Sacred Heart University. I possess over 20 years of experience working in the field. I have experience working with people who are formerly incarcerated, homeless, transgender, substance abuse, women and children, domestic violence, and people experiencing trauma.
I use a strength-based approach incorporating CBT, person-centered, motivational interviewing, transgenerational therapy, and psychoeducation. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, safe, and comfortable environment while meeting you where you are at.
