I have successfully helped with a wide variety of behavioral and relational issues, challenges with adjustment, transition, acculturation, disaster relief and crisis counseling. I am one of the few on BI who specializes in EMDR, which allows access to the brain and realign the entire neurological system, which speeds up healing and recovery. I also practice Nature Based/Wilderness counseling. Based on your choice, sessions can be on-line, inside and outside, in the park, on your favorite hike, or as a week(end) long retreat.
