I have extensive experience in treating adolescents and adults experiencing complex trauma, relationship issues, and change of life transitions. In addition, issues around sexual orientation and identity issues in teens and adults are offered through my practice. Psychotherapy can be effective in treating anxiety and mood disorders, as well as assisting with common change of life experiences. This might be a divorce, move, or loss of a loved one or pet. Living on the Navajo Reservation working with children and families as well as additional travel experiences have added a depth and breadth to my psychotherapy practice over the years.
