Welcome! I absolutely love my job, and I am so passionate about helping others in whatever way I can. One of those ways that I feel I can help, is by providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I have extensive experience working with interracial couples and people from all over the world. I have been providing therapy services for 14 years. I am licensed in CA, WA, and HI.
I have worked in private practice for many years providing individual, couples, and family counseling to people experiencing depression, anxiety, abuse, and trauma, amongst various other issues. I have worked with many military families as well. I am a certified EMDR therapist through EMDRIA, and use this method frequently when possible.
Helping you walk through life, with all of its ups and downs is what I enjoy about my job. I believe that we need to be in relationship, with our family, friends, coworkers, and those in our community. I would love to walk with you through the counseling process!
