Kathleen Monforton, LCSW, creates a safe and judgement free space to receive the support you need to live the life you desire. She provides therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples. Kathleen treats those struggling with substance use, mood disorders, anxiety, panic, life adjustments, stress management, dating, interpersonal relationships, or just "adulting". She has previously worked in community mental health & emergency room settings. Kathleen has extensive experience working with individuals with more severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia in community, group home, and supportive living environments.

Lauren Neustadt is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois. She has a BA from the University of Iowa and an MA in Counseling and Art Therapy from Adler University Chicago. Lauren offers a nonjudgmental and empathetic environment where clients can open up and be themselves in a safe space. She takes a DBT and CBT approach while also providing multiple therapeutic approaches that align best with each client that comes in for treatment.

Margaret Ingram has provided individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation for adults primarily in outpatient clinical settings for more than 15 years. She received a Master of Social Work degree from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Margaret blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques, as well as Recovery principles in treating clients coping with a variety of Anxiety disorders, as well as relationship and goal attainment challenges.

Nora Khani, LCPC utilizes a trauma-focused lens, as well as the bio-psychosocial model which allows her to get a deeper understanding of clients' presenting issues and how they are interrelated with many different aspects of the clients' life. She is focused on understanding and exploring the root cause of presenting issues to assist the client in optimal growth, confidence, and happiness in their life as well as parents.
