We all need a hand sometimes, perhaps now more than ever. I specialize in working with females 15-75+. I believe women are unique & that our strengths, needs & experiences are unique; my approach is tailored to that uniqueness. I whole-heartedly believe that the connection & relationship between client & therapist is one of the most healing aspects in therapy. Through therapy we can learn to develop mutually empowering, growth- fostering connections & to resist disconnections. At HERspace you can feel what you feel without invalidation, judgement or pressure.
I support individuals through difficult times, & work with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, traumatic stress, body image, self-esteem, relational resilience, grief & loss, relationship/family concerns, LGBTQ, personal growth, creating more meaning & purpose in one's life & alienating social-cultural pressures.
