We offer in-person and telehealth services with offices in West Covina, Covina, and an upcoming South Pasadena location. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, IFS, Attachment-based therapy, Play Therapy, PCIT, EFT, and the Gottman Method, tailored to your unique goals and needs.
We have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma (abuse/immigration), PTSD, self-harm/SI, ADHD, Addiction, relationship issues, etc. in individual & couples/families. We are here to help you through your mental health journey. We also strive to create a safe and welcoming space for our clients and provide bilingual services in English and Spanish.
