Hey there, My name is Herlay Divine. I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my master's from University of New England with a focus on Individuals, families, and groups. I’ve been practicing for 11 years. I specifically enjoy helping people find perspective through the voice of their pain. I think pain and discomfort can be our best teacher if we allow ourselves to look at it, this way.
My approach to providing therapy is warm, I use the humanistic approach and strength-based approach to assist my client in feeling comfortable, heard as well as confident in meeting their goal. I believe creating a safe space for a client's emotions is the best place to begin.
Although, I enjoy working with individuals, families, and groups. I consider it a great honor to work with my fellow women. I have a passion for working with women because I believe in assisting women in awakening who they truly are. When a woman can show up as who she truly is; everything around her is better.
