This is an environment for individuals that are open to self-exploration and are motivated to improve their well-being. Here, you're ready to develop improved coping skills and find relief from negative thought patterns and persistent feelings of distress. I work closely with individuals experiencing grief, stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

I'm an inclusive counselor and recognize systemic issues in society that contribute to various stressors. I have a conversational, inquisitive approach to facilitate collaboration with my clients to explore presenting concerns. I offer an integrative therapy approach.
