We work together to help you trust yourself and your body, inviting in: increased range of emotion & capacity for intimacy, improved ability to identify & communicate your experience, increased agency and personal power, and attunement to the present moment.
Along with formal education & 3000+ supervised hours w/ clients from around the world, my work is guided by my own research and healing journey, study with healers, activists, astrology teachers, and a desire for a world that is free and just for all. I love working with people awakening to their full potential after being socialized to doubt themselves.
