I work with women and men and specialize in depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, adult children of alcoholics, PTSD, relationship issues, grief and loss, dealing with life limiting and terminal illness, women’s issues, and aging. Treatment approaches used are psycho-dynamic, trauma informed and cognitive behavioral.
You will have a confidential place to share your feelings and we will work together to achieve your goals and develop ways to put into practice what we process in therapy.
