I’m a compassionate, experienced therapist who believes therapy can help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change. You may understand your patterns intellectually, yet still struggle to change them. I have a particular focus on adult children of alcoholics, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach integrates psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you gain insight, strengthen your sense of self, and move forward with greater confidence.
