I provide psychotherapy services to young adults, families and couples, and over the 30 years of being in outpatient and private practice settings, I can say I love treating the lifespan of all ages. I promote growth and potential. My clinical focus has been primarily in treating anxiety, depression, grief and complicated grief. I use the creative arts to promote the healing process. We all walk different landscapes at different times in our lives and I will help you in walking that landscape you find yourself in. My grief work has included individuals and families who have grieved the natural course of death as well as sudden, unexpected death, and the grieving of lost opportunities. I use crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, solution focused and mindfulness strategies.
