I provide couples counseling for partners wanting to strengthen their relationship. Together we identify the patterns that keep couples unhappy. I also work with individuals and families facing challenge in life, whether it is depression, anxiety or addiction.
I have a particular focus on working with couples who feel stuck in recurring conflict, communication breakdowns, or emotional disconnection, helping partners better understand each other and restore a sense of partnership. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), my training focuses specifically on how relationship patterns develop and change.
