Are you a woman or teen girl of African American/Black Descent, or any ethnicity facing mental health challenges, struggling with your identity, emotions and even relationships? At H.E.R we cultivate a safe space for teen girls & woman of color and of all ethnicities to grow, evolve and build a sense of self and emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. As a woman of color who has faced barriers to receiving mental health service and one who understands what mental health wellness takes, my hope and desire is that I can help you cultivate your own wellness journey.
We provide hands on guidance for discovering practical solutions to real challenges. As trained Clinicians & Coaches we incorporate evidence-based practices, but we also use our Christian Faith & life experiences to empower you! We treat not only mental health conditions, but we want to see you evolve in every area of your life.
We have over 15 + years of experiencing providing counseling services to teens & adults and we believe that all have had a journey including ourselves, that we can either let define us, reshape us or propel us to overcome. We believe every one of our clients should have an opportunity to work towards healthy emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
