I specialize in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. All of this is done with the understanding that we are part of a larger family system, which is the lens I do therapy through.
