I have a very straight forward and direct approach to therapy, and I utilize a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy as well as reality therapy. I help people to be able to build and develop a skillset to help them move more confidently into their future.
Life can be difficult at times, and I have certainly overcome my share of challenges in my own life. I draw on my own experiences, as well as 17 years of clinical experience in order to help people realize their potential and get their mental and emotional health into a better position.
