Living with chronic pain can feel exhausting, frustrating, and lonely. As a Certified Pain Reprocessing Therapist and a chronic pain survivor, I understand that journey personally. I help people retrain the brain's pain response using an evidence based approach that addresses the root cause of many forms of chronic pain, helping them return to the life they want to live
My goal is to help you feel safe in your body again. Together, we'll reduce the fear surrounding pain, build confidence in movement, and create new patterns that support healing. Even the smallest steps forward highlight the strength within each person, and I see therapy as a bridge from struggle to transformation.
