During my past five years in the therapy field I have worked with clients from all different ages to help process their feelings and help them deal with not only trauma, but every day life. My specialties include depression, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, family dynamics, trauma/abuse, parenting concerns, cognitive behavioral therapies, and problem solving. I enjoy working with teenagers and children who are struggling with their emotions, stress, or a past trauma. I am open with my clients and provide a non-judgmental and safe space that people have found easy to relate with.
While understanding that we all come from different backgrounds and situations, I want every person to achieve the best in their life and the goals they have set for themselves. I am positive and motivated to meet each person where they are at and equip them with the tools they need to be successful.
