As a somatic trauma therapist, I help client's cultivate safety and security from within; making sense of body sensations, staying present with emotions and feeling empowered to set boundaries. Trauma makes us feel detached from ourselves and others. Healing from trauma is a process of reconnecting to who we are and feeling safe to be our authentic selves.
