Hello there - thanks for taking the time to look into my profile! At some point in our lives, we have all felt sad, anxious, lonely, or angry. This is normal and part of the human process. But, we sometimes get locked into these emotions, and it begins to feel like our life is out of control or we are in over our heads. My goal is to re-direct you back into living a valued life through the application of evidence-based psychological approaches - in other words, treatments backed up by science/research. So, while we spend our time talking and processing, I am also helping you develop new ways of thinking, accepting, and living.
I have a specialized Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology (2002), with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (2011). My training has offered me experience in working with various clientele across a range of settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient hospitals, prison settings, and private practice.
To the best of my ability, I will support your needs in a compassionate and safe manner. Please feel free to reach out so we can discuss what is impacting you in this moment, where you would like your life to be, and how I can help you get there.
