I provide a safe, compassionate space to heal and break free from harmful patterns. My focus includes women stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, nontraditional relationships such as polyamory, late autism diagnoses in women, and the role of spirituality in recovery. Let’s work together to rediscover your authentic self and build healthier connections.

I am trained in EMDR, BSP (Brain spotting), IFS , SE (somatic experience), The Sedona method, Theta healing, Tantra, Family Constellations, NLP, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Shamanism, mindfulness, Eastern non dual philosophy, EFT and past life regression. I believe that no one modality is better than the other, I tailor treatment based on each client’s needs.

I believe that every life is unique and interesting. I am interested in knowing your story and being with you in your journey to feeling good. I hold a MS in microbiology, a MS in molecular biology and a MS in social work. Trained in both biology and psychology, I understand how our psychological beliefs affect our mind and body and express as behaviors.
