I am trained in EMDR, BSP (Brain spotting), IFS , SE (somatic experience), The Sedona method, Theta healing, Tantra, Family Constellations, NLP, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Shamanism, mindfulness, Eastern non dual philosophy, EFT and past life regression. I believe that no one modality is better than the other, I tailor treatment based on each client’s needs.

I hold a MS in microbiology, a MS in molecular biology and a MS in social work. Trained in both biology and psychology, I understand how our psychological beliefs affect our mind and body and express as behaviors.
