We provide a safe space to grow and heal. Navigating through life's challenges and adversities can sometimes be overwhelming. We intend to leave you with a higher level of self-awareness and growth. We provide a variety of services for high-stress professions. Your story matters, and you tell it best! Our consulting services include mental health training on a variety of specialty topics, violence prevention and personal safety programming, and first-responder care. We are contracted to provide crisis response statewide with a host of EAP services and conduct psychological evaluations for APOSTC.
We offer a wide variety of treatment modalities and approaches while providing services to individuals, families, children, and the community. We strive to provide support and the resources needed to assist you in accomplishing your present and future life goals. We know how hard it can be to seek help and wish to make the process as seamless as possible.
We strive to ensure our clients feel safe in sessions, are confident in the treatment provided, and have seamless access to providers. We always have someone on call after hours. We can schedule appointments within 2 weeks. So many feel alone and contemplate seeking help, and that is the last thing we want for our clients.
