I strive to create a supportive therapeutic space where you can explore strengths via proven therapy techniques to provide motivation for a more engaged you. I specialize in trauma recovery, life crises, anxiety/depression, attachment issues, and self-concept/esteem. Approaches range from narrative to trauma talk along with mindfulness and wellness.
