About
I provide mental health counseling to help and guide my client(s) find a balanced life by providing a safe space to process and talk about family issues, marital conflict, job stressors, fertility, postpartum, alcohol and substance use along with other mental health concerns they may be experiencing. The therapeutic alliance is the pillar of the therapeutic process and growth. Having worked in this field for almost a decade, I believe my greatest strength is the ability to connect and empathize with my clients while building on their life skills.
I have been working with clients from diverse backgrounds. I utilized different tools and interventions such as CBT, Humanistic client centered approach, DBT and solutions focused to name a few. The utilization of these tools are implemented based on client(s) needs at the time of treatment.
I am a therapist at Octave, a behavioral health practice creating a new standard for mental health care that’s both high-quality and accessible. To learn more about my availability, please reach out to our Client Experience team by emailing or calling.
