In sessions, we slow down the stuck spots: mapping recurring conflicts for couples, exploring your triggers for individuals, and trying out practical tools you can use right away. I offer standard couples sessions plus 90-minute intensives for deeper, focused work. Fully virtual and licensed in MD, NJ, PA, CT, NC, and SC.
I work with couples to understand recurring conflict patterns, strengthen communication, and practice repair in ways that support emotional safety. I also support individual adults in exploring relationship patterns, managing stress and anxiety, and developing insight and skills for healthier connections and self-regulation.
