Approaches to counseling include Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
As a pharmacist for nearly 13 years, I recognized the critical need for mental health services and the importance of health literacy. My experience includes working with children and families who have faced complex trauma, mentoring youth, and engaging with various mental health professionals.
This journey has ignited a passion for helping individuals to not just deal with problems but to move them toward recovery and the abundant life spoken of by Jesus in John 10:10.
