Hello Welcome, I am committed to helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, honesty, and practical support. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, substance use, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I utilize evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), coping skills development, emotional regulation strategies, and psychoeducation to help clients increase self-awareness, improve daily functioning, and

build healthier patterns. I believe healing happens through connection, accountability, and learning healthier ways to navigate emotions. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, you do not have to face it alone. I am here to support and encourage you through your healing journey.
