Healing through Science and Spirituality. I help talented professionals and creatives discover their life purpose and find meaning. We live in an increasingly complex and stressful world. Many people are suffering under the weight of societal pressures and expectations, which separate us from the heart of what it means to be human living an intentional life. I work with people who struggle to make sense of themselves and their lives. Many have achieved a secure and abundant life, having gained success in careers and fields that provide for their material needs, but their souls are feeling restless and craving real nourishment.
Isolation, depression, anxiety, and disconnection from self and others are symptoms of living in the modern world. I support clients' growth towards creating a more meaningful life with the appropriate skills to navigate the complexities of daily living. Stress management tools such as mindfulness and other creative practices will be utilized in sessions.
My training is eclectic and reflects my philosophy about healing and the process of therapy. I received a PhD in clinical psychology in 2018. I also hold master's degrees in existential-phenomenological psychology from Seattle University (2007) and religious studies from Harvard University (2002). Please see my website for details.
