I have experience working with clients whose gender identity, socioeconomic class, race and/or ethnicity have historically been marginalized. My main goal is to help you achieve greater independence so you can better cope with current and future issues.
I use a person-centered approach that offers unconditional positivity, empathy and authenticity. But you know yourself best, and that’s why I tailor each session to you and your mental health goals. I also provide pre and post bariatric surgery counseling.
