I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples. I work to provide all clients with helpful knowledge on modern psychology and neuroscience, as well as practical skills like boundary-setting and healthy communication. A particular specialty of mine is helping people navigate chronic illness and complex health diagnoses.
I recognize that coming to therapy can be a difficult, sometimes scary, endeavor, and I try to never lose sight of the bravery it takes to engage in this process.
