Starting therapy is a brave and healthy decision. I do my best to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space and to honor each client's individual journey towards health and wholeness. As a former RN, I am also work with medical professionals, clients who have chronic illnesses, and caregivers. I am a graduate of Northwestern. IFS Level One trained. Mindfulness, somatic work, psychodynamically trained, and trauma-informed.
