I primarily work with preteens, teens, young adults, eating disorder recovery, LGBTQ-identifying individuals, and first responders and their families.

My goal is to provide you with strategies to use outside of the therapeutic environment to create a feeling of peace and calm in your daily routines all while assisting you in identifying activators in your life to be proactive when handling distressing situations. My intention is to support you in expanding your emotional "tool kit."

I am experienced in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. My therapeutic approach focuses on regaining control of your life and addressing the underlying causes of distress.
