I offer a custom approach for each client. I start with an assessment to determine the couple's strengths and growth areas. We put a plan in place to help couples move forward, providing them with tools and techniques to bring about some immediate changes. We offer an inclusive, safe, non judgmental space with in -person or virtual appointments.
Empowering couples to have a more fulfilling relationship is my passion. It might mean changing a pattern of behavior that is hurting the relationship. My goal is to implement strategies that result in effective communication, conflict resolution and creating connections. My goal is to provide solutions that will help couples attain thriving relationships.
